Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may and may not do with Transila Pro. It exists to protect our platform, our other clients, and you.

Permitted Use

You may use Transila Pro to:

• Translate documents for your own professional use
• Translate documents on behalf of your clients as part of your business
• Collaborate with team members within your licensed seat count
• Store and organize translation projects by client

Prohibited Use

You must not use Transila Pro to:

1. Translate content that is illegal under UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction
2. Process documents containing personal data of third parties without their consent
3. Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
4. Overload or attack our servers in any way
5. Resell or sublicense access to the platform to third parties without written agreement or consent from us
6. Use the platform to produce content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or is otherwise harmful
7. Upload content related to weapons, narcotics, human trafficking, or any activity prohibited under UAE Federal Law
8. Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform

Consequences of Violation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant UAE authorities.
