1. Who We Are

Transila Pro is an AI-powered translation and localization platform operated by Transila FZ-LLC, a company licensed in RAK Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates (License No. 64000294).

2. What These Terms Cover

By creating an account and using Transila Pro (accessible at pro.transila.me and any client subdomain such as [yourname].transila.me), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users including individuals, offices, and companies on any subscription plan.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone outside your licensed seat count.

Each subscription plan allows a specific number of user seats as described at the time of purchase. Using the platform with more users than your plan allows is a breach of these terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Renewal

Transila Pro operates on a subscription model with the following payment structure:

• A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of your subscription. This fee is non-refundable once the setup and onboarding session has been completed.
• A monthly subscription fee is due on the same date each month.
• An annual service renewal fee covers hosting, domain maintenance, and routine updates.

Current payment methods — At this stage, Transila Pro accepts the following payment methods only:

We do not currently offer automated online or in-app card payments. When this feature becomes available, all active clients will be notified in advance via updates@transila.me with instructions on how to set up card billing.

Invoices are issued 7 days before the renewal date. Payment is due on or before the renewal date. A grace period of 3 days applies before access is suspended. Clients will receive a reminder on the renewal date if payment has not been received.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at billing@transila.me.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once onboarding has been completed.

Upon cancellation, your subdomain and account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will not automatically renew unless you explicitly confirm and provide payment details.

7. What We Provide

Transila Pro provides access to AI-assisted translation tools, document management features, and team collaboration tools as described on our website.

We use third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Anthropic (Claude) to process translation requests. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your content is processed by these providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated translations. All translations should be reviewed by a qualified linguist before use in legal, medical, or official contexts.

8. What We Do Not Provide

Transila Pro is a software tool, not a certified translation service. We do not provide:

• Legally certified or notarised translations
• Court-certified translations
• Interpreter services
• Any guarantee that AI output meets official regulatory requirements

If you need a certified translation for legal or official purposes, please contact us about our separate professional translation services at transila.me and you will be contacted by our Translation & Localisation department.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Transila Pro to:

• Translate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the laws of the UAE or your country
• Process content belonging to third parties without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Exceed your licensed seat count or share access with unlicensed users
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021)

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, tools, and content within Transila Pro are the intellectual property of Transila FZ-LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your documents and translations belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you upload or produce using the platform.

11. Uptime and Availability

We aim to always keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via updates@transila.me.

We are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Transila FZ-LLC is not liable for:

• Errors in AI-generated translations
• Loss of data due to technical failure
• Any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the platform
• Actions taken by you based on platform output without professional review

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via updates@transila.me at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
