This Privacy Policy explains how Transila FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Transila Pro.
2. What Information We Collect
Account information:
- Your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and company name (provided at registration)
- Your chosen password (stored in encrypted form — we never see your actual password)
Usage information:
- Which tools you use and when
- Number of tokens consumed
- Login times and device type
- Translation history (which you can download on your device at any time)
What we do NOT collect:
- The content of documents you upload (translations are processed directly by the AI providers)
- Personal data of your clients or third parties contained in documents, texts or images you translate
3. How Your Documents Are Processed
When you translate a document, text or an image, the text is sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you selected (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude). This happens without passing through or being stored on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use your account information to:
- Provide and manage your subscription
- Send you important service updates via updates@transila.me
- Send billing notifications via billing@transila.me
- Respond to support requests
- Improve our platform to serve you better
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored on our secured VPS server (Hostinger VPS system).
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time (which will result in account termination)

7. Cookies
We use only a session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
8. Children
Transila Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
